- Extensive welding and fabrication repair and full top to bottom repaint 2016
- Water ingress damage to ceiling panels. Some panel areas will require replacing
- Plating work is required on bulkhead to rear-deck join in two 6″ areas
- LPG instant water heater which was originally fitted has been removed, but vent aperture in ceiling and pipework/taps are still present
